DIM Group and Ukrainian businessman and owner of Parus and Ukraine Hotel Maksym Krippa have signed a partnership and cooperation agreement. This is stated in the publication of the developer’s press-service.
Details of the agreement
The report says that Krippa intends to invest in the group of companies DIM, which is the leader of housing construction in the capital region. According to the businessman, he made such a decision because the company is not afraid to build during the war, and he is not afraid to invest.
Alexander Nasikovsky, founder and managing partner of DIM, noted that the participation of Ukrainian investor Maksym Krippa will allow to complete the construction of current facilities and start work on new projects. According to him, cooperation with the investor will allow the group of companies not to depend on sales volumes and keep the pace of construction.
DIM’s portfolio of hundreds of thousands of “squares”
The portfolio of DIM Group contains real estate in Kyiv and the region with a total area of more than 900 thousand sq. m. A total of 3,670 apartments have been commissioned, construction of more than 356 thousand square meters of residential and commercial space has been completed.
Now the construction of six projects with a total area of more than 346 thousand sq. m. continues.
